MMD3 portal is designed as a single platform for Shipping Lines, CHA, Freight Forwarders, NVOCC, Weighbridge to carry out their Export processes as follows:

Exports:

  • Automated VGM (DG Certified) from Weighbridge assisting CHA's for accuracy of VGM & produce VERMAS for the trade.
  • E-Form 6 / 13 request by CHA's to Shipping Line for Port Gate In.
  • Submission of E-Shipping Bill along with all relevant documents online
    (Invoice / Packing List, Tally Sheet, EIR, Declaration) for E-Form 6/13 & Advance EGM preparation by Shipping Line.
  • Preparation of EGM as per ICEGATE Guidelines.
  • SCMT ready awaiting for customs declaration on final EDI structure.


Imports:
  • SCMT ready awaiting for customs declaration on final EDI structure.
  • Digitalisation Platform between lines and CHA / FF / NVOCC for entire process from E-Invoice, E-Payments & E-Delivery Order. (to be launched soon)
